Justice Department said it was requiring Binance to pay $4.3bn (£3.4bn) in penalties and forfeitures. Binance’s chief executive officer Changpeng Zhao agreed to plead guilty to anti-money laundering charges and pay a $US50 million fine. Ashley Dale, 28, was shot dead in her home in Old Swan, Merseyside. James Witham, 41, burst into her house and opened fire with a Skorpion machine gun. Miss Dale managed to get to the back garden but collapsed and died at the scene. Witham has been found guilty of murder by a jury at Liverpool Crown Court. Three other men – Joseph Peers, 29, Niall Barry, 26, and Sean Zeisz, 28 – have also been convicted of her murder. Sentencing will take place on Wednesday at 11am.
