Prosecutors dropped charges against Adnan Syed on Tuesday in the 1999 killing of Hae Min Lee. A Baltimore judge last month ordered the release of Syed after overturning his conviction. Syed has maintained his innocence for decades.

The Dutch driver won the race at Suzuka, with Ferrari rival Charles Leclerc demoted from second to third behind Red Bull's Sergio Perez. The race was delayed for two hours because of rain and finished after only 28 laps – just over half the race’s total distance.
