Twitter has agreed – once again – to Elon Musk’s proposal to buy the company for $54.20 a share. The agreement follows months of legal drama after Musk tried to back out of his original agreement this spring. The two sides were set to go to trial later this month, but Musk abruptly reversed course on Tuesday.

Judge has a chance to become the first AL Triple Crown winner since Miguel Cabrera in 2012. Barry Bonds holds the major league record of 73 home runs, set with the San Francisco Giants in 2001.
