Republicans are slamming President Joe Biden for applauding the killing of Al Qaeda's top leader. The strike was carried out early Sunday at an Afghanistan safe house the elderly terrorist had be holed up in. US intelligence officials tracked Zawahri to a home in downtown Kabul where he was hiding out with his family.
