Lyoya was a refugee from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The men were accused of being ‘mercenaries’ after fighting with Ukrainian troops. The defendants have a month to appeal.

Financial terms were not immediately disclosed, but Walton will pay $4.65 billion for the franchise. Charging documents said the man called police to say he was suicidal and came to kill Kavanaugh. The man was said to be upset about a leaked draft opinion from the Supreme Court that would overturn the landmark decision in Roe v. Wade.

personNicholas John Roske, 26, of Simi Valley, California, was carrying a gun, ammunition, a knife, pepper spray, a screwdriver, zip ties, and other gear when he was arrested. He faces charges of attempting to kidnap, murder or threaten a federal judge. Roske told police he was motivated by his opposition to Kavanaugh's position on abortion and the Second Amendment.
