Jurgen Klopp
personJurgen Klopp has signed a two-year extension to his Liverpool contract. Assistant managers Pepijn Lijnders and Peter Krawietz have also signed extended deals. Klopp's current deal runs out in 2024, meaning he has two seasons left to run.

Bill Hwang
personArchegos founder Bill Hwang charged with securities fraud and market manipulation. The family-owned hedge fund run by Hwang had taken huge bets on a few stocks. When several of those bets turned sour, the fund was unable to meet "margin calls" to cover the losses.
Trevor Reed
personTrevor Reed, a 30-year-old from Texas, was jailed in Russia in 2020. He was exchanged for Konstantin Yaroshenko, 53, who had been serving a 20-year US prison sentence. Yaroshenko was arrested in Liberia in 2010 for drug trafficking, then transferred to the United States.
