Lyoya was a refugee from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. 'The death was not justified or excused… by self defense,' said Kent County prosecutor Christopher Becker of the second-degree murder element.

Charging documents said the man called police to say he was suicidal and came to kill Kavanaugh. The man was said to be upset about a leaked draft opinion from the Supreme Court that would overturn the landmark decision in Roe v. Wade.

organizationThe Walton-Penner family, led by Walmart heir Rob Walton, will acquire the Broncos from the Pat Bowlen Trust. Walton's proposed ownership team also includes his daughter, Carrie, and her husband, Greg Penner. The purchase now needs approval from the NFL's finance committee and league ownership.
