personThe Eagles traded up to take Jordan Davis at No. 13 and then traded the 19th overall pick to the Titans for wide receiver A.J. Brown. The wide receiver is the first from the 2019 draft class to receive a long-term extension. The Jacksonville Jaguars have the first pick of the draft.
Jim Ratcliffe
personSir Jim Ratcliffe confirms he has made a £4.25bn bid for Chelsea. British billionaire, owner of the Ineos company, sent the bid to the merchant bank on Friday morning. Ratcliffe owns European teams Nice and Lausanne as well as a cycling team.
Andrew Fahie
personAndrew Fahie, 51, was arrested at a Miami airport along with the managing director of the British overseas territory's Ports Authority. Fahie allegedly met with an informant pretending to be part of a drug cartel. He agreed a $700,000 (£560,000) payment to allow traffickers to use BVI ports.
Trevor Bauer
personBauer, 31, was due to earn $32 million this year and in 2023 as part of a three-year, $102 million deal. A San Diego woman alleged that Bauer beat and sexually abused her last year. Bauer sued his accuser in federal court.
Alexanda Kotey
personAlexanda Kotey, 38, pleaded guilty to murdering U.S. journalists James Foley and Steven Sotloff. The Londoner was part of the terror cell nicknamed The Beatles due to their English accents. He was convicted earlier this month with co-accused El Shafee Elsheikh.
Kenny Pickett
personPittsburgh Steelers select quarterback Kenny Pickett with No. 20 pick in 2022 NFL draft. Pickett led Pitt to an ACC championship while passing for 4,319 yards and 42 touchdowns. Pittsburgh has made the playoffs the last two years but has not won a postseason game since 2016.

personJason Sudeikis 'had no idea' his ex-fiancee Olivia Wilde was being served with custody papers while she was on-stage at CinemaCon in Las Vegas. The 38-year-old actress was mid-way through a presentation about her upcoming thriller Don't Worry Darling when she was served with the papers. CinemaCon said they are now reevaluating their security procedures, in light of the incident.

organizationSnap is introducing a new in-app destination called "Dress Up" It will feature AR fashion and virtual try-on experiences. Snap is also launching tools that will allow retailers to integrate with Snapchat's AR shopping technology.
Jurgen Klopp
personJurgen Klopp has signed a two-year extension to his Liverpool contract. Assistant managers Pepijn Lijnders and Peter Krawietz have also signed extended deals. Klopp's current deal runs out in 2024, meaning he has two seasons left to run.

Trevor Reed
personTrevor Reed, a U.S. citizen and former Marine, has been detained in Russia since 2019. Reed was exchanged for Russian citizen Konstantin Yaroshenko, who was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2010. Reed's parents expect him to go back to school and pursue a career with the federal government.

personArchegos founder Bill Hwang charged with securities fraud and market manipulation. The family-owned hedge fund run by Hwang had taken huge bets on a few stocks. When several of those bets turned sour, the fund was unable to meet "margin calls" to cover the losses.
Prince Andrew
personYork strips Britain's Prince Andrew of the freedom of the city. Local councilors voted en masse to rescind the honor bestowed on Andrew in 1987. Decision will not automatically strip the Queen's youngest son of his 'Duke of York' title.
