The news comes after the Manhattan district attorney's office closed its investigation into Cuomo's handling of nursing home deaths without bringing charges. Last week, prosecutors in two districts said Cuomo would not face criminal charges after two women alleged that he planted unwanted kisses on their cheeks. Cuomo resigned in August after a state investigation concluded that he sexually harassed 11 women.

Theranos promised a revolutionary advancement in healthcare while raising millions of dollars. Holmes founded Theranos in 2003 as a 19-year-old student at Stanford University.

At one point the company was valued at more than $9bn (£6.6bn) But the tests did not work, and company was accused of faking the results. Holmes potentially faced 20 years in prison.

organizationAMD's new Zen 3+ processors are built on a 6nm Zen 3 process and sport RDNA 2 graphics. New chips will begin showing up in February 2022, with more laptops released "throughout the year" AMD has overtaken Intel's former lead in making the fastest chips for most Windows-based laptops.

personAbdalla Hamdok had served as prime minister for more than two years. Military toppled him in October, accusing politicians of hostility to the army. He returned to lead a government of technocrats, intended to serve until elections in 2023.
Tesla
organizationThe company delivered 308,600 vehicles during its fourth fiscal quarter, according to figures released Sunday. That's up from a previous record of 241,300 set in the third quarter of last year. Last year, Tesla's Model 3 and Model Y vehicles accounted for 911,208 - or 97 percent - of the 936,172 vehicles delivered.

Coach Bruce Arians said after the game Brown was off the team.

Green Bay Packers will finish the 2021 season with a perfect record at home, 8-0, after they pummeled the Vikings, 37-10. Miami Dolphins became the first NFL team to win seven straight games after losing seven in a row in the same season.

Elizabeth Holmes
personThe 12-person panel did not signal its decisions on the remaining eight counts Holmes faces over her once billion-dollar startup Theranos. Holmes, 37, faces nine counts of wire fraud and two counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud. If convicted of any of the charges, Holmes could face up to 20 years in federal prison.

personThe subpoenas aim to force the Trump siblings to answer questions under oath about valuations of real estate assets by the Trump Organization. The Trumps have indicated they will fight the subpoenas and are expected to file court papers through their lawyers.
