He was charged with one count of receipt of child pornography and one charge of possession of child porn. He will face trial for 'downloading child sex abuse material in 2019,' marking the first time he has been charged with a crime despite formerly confessing to molesting his siblings.

organizationThe New England Patriots addressed their biggest need by taking Mac Jones at No. 15. North Dakota State product Trey Lance was selected with the No. 3 overall pick by the 49ers. The Jacksonville Jaguars will select first overall and are all but guaranteed to take Aaron Rodgers. The 2021 NFL Draft begins with Round 1 on Thursday, April 29 and runs until Saturday, May 1.

Jacksonville Jaguars chose to reunite Travis Etienne with his college quarterback. Jaylen Waddle is the highest selected tight end in NFL draft history.
Trevor Lawrence
personTrevor Lawrence is the fourth quarterback drafted by the Jaguars in the first round in its 27 years of existence. Jacksonville has five of the top 65 picks, including the 25th pick later in the opening round. The 21-year-old Lawrence finished as runner-up in voting for the Heisman Trophy awarded to college football's most outstanding player.
Justin Fields
personFields threw for 5,373 yards, 63 touchdowns and nine interceptions for the Buckeyes. Jacksonville Jaguars selected Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence with the No. 1 pick. New York Jets and San Francisco 49ers also went QB at Nos. 2 and 3.
Mac Jones
personThe New England Patriots select Alabama quarterback Mac Jones with the No. 15 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. He becomes the first quarterback selected in the first round during Bill Belichick’s 21-year tenure in New England.

This marks just the fourth time in the common draft era that San Francisco took a quarterback in the first round.
