personDani Alves has been sentenced to four years and six months in prison. He was found guilty of raping a 23-year-old woman in a Barcelona nightclub. The decision was reached by a three-judge panel of Catalonia’s top court. He must also pay his victim 150,000 euros (£128,000) in compensation and their court costs.
