Adrien Nicholas Brody is an American actor. He has won the Academy Award for Best Actor twice, for his portrayal of Władysław Szpilman in Roman Polanski's war drama The Pianist (2002), and László Tóth, a Holocaust survivor in Brady Corbet's epic period drama film The Brutalist (2024); the former made him the youngest winner in the category, at age 29.
